Not Just Fork Lift Trucks - 08/02/2009

Although we predominantly supply equipment for fitment to fork lift trucks we do also apply this knowledge to crane mounted equipment. The first issue when adapting a fork lift truck attachment for overhead crane use is the absence of a power source. Our crane mounted attachments therefore are normally specified with a self contained power pack. With an electrical power supply on the hoist rope our attachment can be quickly connected. A further pendent controlled supply switches the solenoids that activate the attachments functions. The unit shown was supplied with a low pressure warning indicator in the form of a flashing beacon.

Well Ring Manipulator - 05/02/2009

Our green state concrete tube manipulator true flexibility when fitted to a telehandler is the result. The S11CRTF shown features an integrated JCB quick hitch mounting. Hydraulically positional pincers cater for varying diameters and wall thickness. The unit also features hydraulic slew giving 45° rotation of the pincers enabling integrated well ring steps to be avoided. The 90° forward tilt completes the package.
