Within Frame

Our within frame fork positioners include units supplied with forks intergrated into the design for minimum weight and optimum residual capacity. Bolted Fork designs are offered for simple fork replacement. 'Own fork' designs utilise the existing truck forks. We also include extra wide fork positioners and integrally mounted versions which include all of the above choices with the benefits of being fully intergrated into the fork lift truck.

• Own Fork

  

  The 'own fork' catergory of within frame fork positioners is further sub divided. Starting with our standard design the simple lightweight chassis and slimline chassis frame keep weight to a minimum and visibility to a maximum. Our next catergory is the same as the first except with the addition of an intergrated independent sideshift. Following on an aluminium version of the sideshifting fork positioner gives the ultimate in light weight design with a paint free finish. Finally our range of integral within frame 'own fork' positioners fully intergrate into the fork lift truck mast

• Integrated Fork

  

  The integrated fork design reduces the lost load dimension and decreases the attachment mass all in order to increase residual capacity. The track rollers make for a simple low friction method of traversing the fork arm. Due to fewer components the visibility through these attachments is further improved.

  Require a strong fork positioner with minimal thickness.

• Bolted Fork

  

  The within frame bolted fork positioners have been designed for application requiring a robust easily removable fork positioner which is capable of withstanding a small amount of side loading on the forkblade a wear element with in the sliding action of the fork. by utilisation of fork carriers fitted with greasable slide bearings

  Expect some fork side loading.

• Wide Setting

  

  For applications were extremely wide loads need transporting a conventional fork lift truck would give inadeqate support due to limited fork spread, resulting in damage to product. Our wide setting fork positioners spread the forks to significantly wider settings than the standard carriage.

  Very wide fork positioning over full carriage width.
