180° Rotating
Standard 180RPRC
Our standard range of rotating paper roll clamps features 180° rotating rack and pinion drive for vertical and horizontal handling of 1-2 rolls.
The robust rack and pinion drive with 180-degree rotation and hydraulic cushioning in the axis vertical positions give smooth and controlled operation and the assurance that reels are placed squarely to the ground.
Make this selection if;
> Need to rotate reels from axis vertical to axis horizontal.
> Need to Invert Reels.
Split Arm 180RPRC
Our split arm paper roll clamps are designed with as there name states a split top clamping arm.
The purpose of the split arm is to handle and rotate two reels at once.
Make this selection if;
> Handling two reels of differing diameters.
Tissue 180RPRC
Our Tissue roll clamps are designed with an oversized contact pad for gripping tissue reels with reduced pressure to prevent tearing.
The tissue clamps contact pads are usually a plain facing with radiused edged to prevent tearing at the edge of the contact pad.
Tissue roll clamps tend to have large opening ranges for there relative chassis size.
Make this selection if;
> Handling Tissue
> Require oversized contact pad for low surface clamping pressure
