Jib cranes can be offered in numerous forms , most are supplied with a lifting hook which is supported by a struture which supports the hook vertically and horizontally in the desired position. The other factor that effects the way in which the jib crane is constructed is whether carriage or fork mounted.
You wish to handle loads with a hook or shackle
Milk crate tine attachments are designed for handling multiple layers of milk crates. The tines are specially machined to enter between bottle necks.
The load guards can be specified to suit the number of layers being handled, and the number of tines, tine length can be altered to suit the desired number of crates in one lift.
Mechanical load steadies can be fitted, or if required hydraulic top stabilising contact pads
Our load guard / backrests are designed to give maximum visibility whilst maintaining good structural integraty.
Our tines are manufactured from high strength alloy steel, and secured with a large diameter nut, enabling quick replacement of worn tines.
Handling Milk Crates
Our Boom attachments are seperated into three categories, Carpet Booms which are solid shafts of relatively small diameter, Coil booms which are tubular steel shafts of larger diameter as well as specials. The tubular coil booms are much stronger for a given mass however the aperture required is obviously much greater. Our solid booms are supplied in High Tensile Alloy Steel , some of which are specially heat treated to reach the neccesary tensile strength.
We also have some special designs such as a twin boom for handling IBC's
Require the handling of loads through the core.
Lifting IBC's through the handles.
The are numerous reasons why adaptation of a carriage may be required.
One of the simplest reasons can be found with the use of a dummy carriage. If a truck has insufficient carriage width or needs a greater lost load to reach , rather than modify an otherwise standard truck carriage, the simple solution is to hook over a wider carriage plate or one with spacing between in later case.
Because the mounting class has not changed we refer to these as dummy carriages. Adaptors convert carriage types for example, adaption of a FEM 3 to a FEM 2 or visa versa, or even a JCB quick hitch to a class 3 for example. The need for this maybe to enable utilisation of one attachment, for instance, on varying truck types.
We can also offer extending carriages(Pantographs) which enable the carriage to reach.
Require a carriage adaption to change class, width, lost load centre
Includes hydraulic extending carriages
