Multi Pallet Handlers

Being able to handle two, three and even four pallets at once has its obvious advantages, and depending on the required flexibility we can offer a number of solutions.

• 2 into 1

  

  Our 2 into 1 pallet handlers offer multiple carrying capabilities, however, by closing the forks down together the unit reduces its overall width and can also carry one pallet to its full capacity, in addition this would be carried centrally. This is a big bonus as all side-shifts and pallet handlers are designed for the maximum capacity to be evenly distributed over the fork sets. The Double (2 into 1) Pallet Handler enables two 1/2 capacity pallets side by side and one full capacity pallet to be handled.

• 4 into 2

  

  Our 4 into 2 pallet handlers have the same configuration as a 2 into 1, however the fork blades are double length to enable pallets to be handled double depth. These units have larger back chassis to cope with the extra moment of the double deep load. As with the 2 into 1 bringing the forks together enables entry into one or two pallets in tandom.

• 3 into 2 into 1

  

  Our 3 into 2 into 1 pallet handlers offer multiple carrying capabilities, however, by closing the forks down together the unit reduces its overall width and can also carry one pallet to its full capacity, in addition this would be carried centrally. This is a big bonus as all side-shifts and pallet handlers are designed for the maximum capacity to be evenly distributed over the fork sets. The Triple (3 into 2 into 1) Pallet Handler enables three 1/3 capacity pallets side by side,two 1/2 capacity pallets and one full capacity pallet to be handled.
