Wide Setting
Overview
For applications were extremely wide loads need transporting a conventional fork lift truck would give inadeqate support due to limited fork spread, resulting in damage to product. Our wide setting fork positioners spread the forks to significantly wider settings than the standard carriage. To support these wide settings a strong chassis is used fabricated the upper and lower box section. The long stroke hydraulic cylinders allow forks to be positioned over a large range. Secondry forks can be mounted to give four point lift, these forks can be pulled to their position by the hydraulic forks and left in position, giving any number of fork position combinations
