Model Designations
Overview
SMC Euroclamp attachment model designations have been devised to enable identification of basic attachment features such as whether the attachment rotates,clamps,sideshifts etc, and the type of product the device generally handles.
In addition , by using a nominal load centre distance (500mm)to calculate back , the capacity numerical portion of the type number an indication of the attachment size can be obtained.
